Discipleship
Our purpose at FUMC is to help people grow in love for God through Christ. Therefore, faith development is vitally important to our church. We endeavor to offer the very best teaching in Sunday School and meaningful life-changing small groups.
Like most churches, FUMC has, in the past, placed significant emphasis on making members, rather than disciples. We are currently undergoing a major paradigm shift in how we do ministry. We are now emphasing discipleship, with the hope that we will strengthen our church spiritually and be faithful stewards of God's Kingdom.

CONFIRMATION
Our young people meet in Confirmation Class weekly for two years prior to being confirmed on Confirmation Sunday.
